Tattoo Aftercare

I will explain to you in detail the aftercare instructions at the appointment. Sometimes certain areas will heal differently than others.

After the tattooing is complete, a thin layer of ointment and a bandage will be applied to the area.

Between two and twelve hours after it is bandaged, remove the covering and wash your tattoo with an unscented soap, then pat dry with a clean paper towel.

I suggest leaving the tattoo to dry out for 48-72 hours as this is most effective for the skin to start healing itself!

After a few days you can then apply either an unscented lotion or a tattoo aftercare product.

DO NOT shave over your healing tattoo for a couple of weeks.

DO NOT soak your healing tattoo in water: No baths, swimming or hot tubs!

Your tattoo will begin to flake and peel after about three days. DO NOT pick or scratch at your tattoo.

I require a deposit in order to book your appointment. The minimum charge for a deposit is $50. however, depending on the scale of project, the cost can go up from there.

I require 48 hours notice to cancel any appointment and deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit goes towards the final cost of the tattoo and will be taken off at the time of completion.
